Function: pump wine, or convey grapes into fermentation tank with low speed. The machine can reduce grape breakage and low oxygen rate.

YUXIN grape processing line is designed according to Italian technology and actual situation of different countries. It mainly ensures the integrity of stemmed grapes, sorting out mildew grape grain and other groceries, and the purity of grape juice, to improve the wine’s quality.

The machine is designed and manufactured with German technology, and has the characteristics of high pressure, fast and clean juice separation, and stable performance. It can used for grapes(ice grapes) and apples, mulberries, strawberries, kiwi, citrus, pineapples, prickly pears and other fruits.

This machine includes destemmer and crusher, it can separate stem from grapes, then crush the grapes.
The working rollers material is stretchy and sanitary rubber, which can protect the grapes as most as possible.

The crusher can be customized, to be separate from the destemmer, so that you can use the sorting table before crushing.
Capacity and electric voltage can be customized.
