Main Features:
-Compact structure, with rinsing, filling, capping process finish with one equipment
-Auto caps loader, bottle feeder and discharge table (user-selection)
-All the valves/pipes in contact with beer are all stainless steel material, interior/exterior sanitary polishing, without dead corner;
-Adopting PLC machine interface, stepleess frequency speed adjustment, and safety protection function;
-Rinser adopt high-strength spring loaded type stainless steel bottle holder, ensure the smooth roll of the bottles; the rinser heads are plum-flower structure, to reach each corner of the bottles, ensure the thorough cleaning.
-With high precision mechanical filling valve, ensure fast, stabilized, and accurate filling;
-Caps taking and capping are transferred by magnet, automatic unloading function, reduce bottle broken rate;
-With complete CIP cleaning function, to clean the pipeline with
acid/alkali and hot water.
